Meet Terry Stevahn

After graduating from the University of Mary with a degree in accounting, my wife, Melinda, and I took a leap of faith and opened a property management company. Wearing many hats as a property manager, I quickly discovered my true passion—helping people find a place to call home. That realization led me to transition into a full-time real estate career in 1992, and in July 1997, I joined CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty, where I’ve been ever since. Family has always been at the heart of everything I do. Nothing brings me more joy than helping clients find their perfect home for their families. For sellers, I take pride in guiding them through the selling process, ensuring a smooth transaction while maximizing their return. For buyers, walking alongside them every step of the way, offering guidance, and witnessing the excitement on their faces when they find "the one" is incredibly rewarding. In addition to my residential real estate experience, I've expanded into commercial real estate, working with more commercial clients and earning accreditations such as the CENTURY 21 Commercial Network designation. I’ve also leveraged my industry knowledge to develop shop condominiums in Bismarck, known as Runway 29. This has been an exciting opportunity to merge my passion for real estate with business development, contributing to our community’s growth. I've also been actively

involved in the evolution of real estate in our area. In 1999, I served on the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors committee that transitioned property listings from a monthly printed book to an MLS database online—revolutionizing how homes were bought and sold. In 2024, I was honored to return to the Board as Vice President.

When I’m not working with buyers and sellers, you’ll find me spending time with my family or enjoying a good book. Melinda and I have been married since 1989, and we’re passionate sprint car racing fans, attending as many races as possible—especially when they take us to Florida in cold February! When we do slow down, we enjoy watching races on tv or watching classic Westerns. We have two wonderful daughters: Haley, a licensed real estate agent since 2015, who does an excellent job managing our listings, buyer files, and marketing. She and her husband, Blake Emmel, welcomed our first grandchild, Bryn, in September 2022, and we’re loving grandparent life. Bryn has a well-established office routine of greeting everyone, snacking, drawing, and, of course, more snacks! Our younger daughter, Amber, graduated from Bismarck State College/Minot State University with a degree in biology and had an outstanding basketball career. She and her husband, Hunter Rodin, married in 2023 and now farm in Kenmare, North Dakota. As a family, we love creating memories traveling—whether it's to the mountains, Disney World, or the beaches of San Diego. We also enjoy board games, and in the summer, you’ll often find us relaxing by the pool.

Real estate isn’t just a career for me—it’s a way to serve my community, build relationships, and help families create lasting memories in a place they call home.

Meet Haley Emmel

Real estate has always been a part of my life. Growing up, I watched my parents excel in the industry—my dad doing what he does best; guiding sellers and buyers, while my mom worked transactions behind the scenes as his assistant. I remember begging my dad to take me along to showings and open houses. While he packed his briefcase with contracts and flyers, I was right beside him, filling mine with coloring books and crayons. After graduating from Shiloh Christian in 2015, I knew that I wanted to follow in his footsteps and work alongside him. Real estate is a complex industry, but I’ve been fortunate to learn from one of the best! Over the years, I’ve realized that real estate isn’t just about buying and selling houses; it’s about creating a seamless experience for our clients. After spending the last 10 years as a buyer’s agent, I’ve discovered that my true passion lies in the administrative and organizational side of the business. I focus on ensuring every detail is in place, every question is answered, and every transaction moves forward smoothly—allowing our clients and team to stay focused on what matters most. What I love most about being part of a team is that we each bring our unique strengths to the table, always supporting and helping each other along the way. Beyond real estate, my greatest joys are my family and the life we’ve built together. I married my high school sweetheart, Blake, in October 2019, and in September 2022, we welcomed our sweet daughter, Bryn. She has the biggest heart and fills our

days with love and laughter. I’m incredibly fortunate to spend each day with her—a gift I never take for granted. Bryn loves going to work each morning to visit "Pa" (Grandpa Terry) and the amazing team at CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty, where she’s always greeted with smiles and excitement. As a North Dakota girl, fall and winter are my favorite seasons, but when summer rolls around, you’ll find me outdoors as much as possible—usually by the pool or at the lake. And when I do take time to unwind in front of the TV, my go-to shows are 90's sitcoms and Law & Order: SVU.

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’m grateful to play a role in making the home buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I feel so fortunate to work alongside my dad every day. We’re truly thankful for the support of our clients, who make our small, family business thrive.
