Terry Stevahn just helped my fiancée and I close on our very first home this last Friday in Bismarck. We've been looking at homes for almost a year now in the Bismarck/Mandan area and Terry was excellent through the whole process. His communication skills were amazing! We could send him a potential house we'd like to see and he'd get it setup for that night after work! When we'd arrive, Terry was typically there first and would start scoping the place out, looking for the little details we'd for sure overlook.
He was also very knowledgeable about each area providing previous details and giving his expert opinion. The last thing I'll mention is, we always felt very comfortable with Terry having our best interest and providing us with the most details and information about the property to his knowledge.
